Welcome to HornyMind (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HornyMind, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through HornyMind (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
The Site is an adult-oriented platform featuring sexually explicit content intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You must review and comply with our Age Verification Policy before proceeding.
1. Eligibility #

2. User-Generated Content #
A. Content Uploads and User Obligations #
Users are allowed to provide videos, images, or similar items (“Uploads”) for storage, distribution, and presentation on the Site. You bear full responsibility for your Uploads and any outcomes from their display or sharing. When you provide an Upload, you confirm and guarantee:
- You’ve secured documented approval, waiver, and/or authorization from all recognizable people featured in the Upload to incorporate their name, image, or appearance as outlined in these Terms.
- The Upload adheres to every pertinent regulation, such as 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (regarding records for explicit sexual visuals).
- You keep your ownership claims to the Uploads, yet by providing them, you provide us (along with our partners, heirs, and licensees) a global, non-exclusive, fee-free, endless, unchangeable, licensable, and assignable right to employ, copy, alter, adjust, share, convert, develop new versions from, show publicly, perform publicly, and further utilize the Upload in every current or future medium, tied to the Site and our operations.
- Displaying your Upload doesn’t breach any privacy, publicity, copyright, agreement, or other entitlements of others.
- You commit to covering all payments, charges, or sums due to anyone stemming from your Upload on or via the Site.
B. Usage Limits and Forbidden Actions #
Site materials, encompassing Uploads, come to you “AS IS” solely for your private, non-business informational needs. You commit not to:
- Provide items under copyright, trade secret safeguards, or other third-party claims (covering privacy and publicity) without possessing those claims or getting clear approval from the holder to share the item and extend us the rights noted above.
- Enable outsiders, regardless of gain, to replicate, utilize, duplicate, revise, tweak, convert, derive from, exhibit, enact, issue, upload, spread, vend, license, send, air, or otherwise capitalize on any Site materials (including Uploads) absent our explicit advance approval in writing.
- Release untruths, distortions, or items that might injure the Site, our operations, or others.
- Provide items that break laws, intimidate, bother, spread hate, or spur illegal acts, lawsuits, legal breaches; or that are indecent, slanderous, or unsuitable in other ways.
- Provide items showing or suggesting unwilling acts (like assault or coerced intimacy), animal involvement, fatality, drug use (hinted, enacted, faked, synthetic, or depicted), brutality, real injury to creatures, mistreatment, family relations taboos, waste-related fetishes (sometimes called “scat” or “fecophilia”), or additional banned topics per regulations.
- Deploy mechanical or programmed devices (such as scrapers, crawlers, bots, or automated extractors) to retrieve, pull, or save materials from the Site unless we specifically permit it.
- Activate systems that bombard our servers with requests surpassing normal human web navigation rates.
- Gather or extract personal details (like user handles) from the Site.
- Approach users commercially about their Uploads, display ads, or pursue trade opportunities.
- Pretend to be someone else or another organization.
C. No Endorsement and Compliance Measures #
We neither support nor check Uploads, and we explicitly reject all responsibility linked to them. The Site bans copyright violations and intellectual property breaches outright. Upon valid alerts, we’ll excise violating items and cut off repeat violators. Check our DMCA Policy for our policy on habitual offenders.
Should you, as a rights holder or representative, suspect an Upload or Site material violates your copyright, use the DMCA Notification Form to report, supplying:
- A digital or hard signature from the rights holder or their delegate.
- Details on the claimed violating material and its Site position (e.g., web address).
- Pointers to the source copyrighted item (or a sample list for multiples).
- Your details for outreach (home, contact number, email).
- An oath, under oath, affirming your sincere conviction that the usage lacks permission.
- An oath verifying the report’s truthfulness and your authority to represent the holder.

3. Account Registration and Security #
- To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at
of any unauthorized use. - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
4. User Conduct #
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any other person. Specifically:
- Permitted Use: You may view, download, or stream content for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.
- Prohibitions: You must not:
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
- Engage in any activity that promotes or depicts non-consensual acts, exploitation, child sexual abuse material (which is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities), or any form of trafficking.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or computer systems.
- Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to collect or harvest data without express permission.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with them.
- Distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content and terminate access for violations.
5. Content Ownership and Licensing #
- Our Content: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, videos, images, and software (collectively, “Site Content”), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view Site Content for personal use only.
- User Content: Any content you upload, submit, or post (e.g., comments, photos, videos) (“User Content”) is non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display it in connection with the Site and our services. You represent that you own or control all rights in User Content and that it complies with these Terms.
- No Commercial Use: You may not sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit Site Content or User Content without our prior written consent.
6. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy #
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy that provides for the removal of infringing material and termination of accounts of repeat infringers.
Reporting Copyright Infringement #
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Site, please notify our designated Copyright Agent (as identified below) with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with sufficient information to allow us to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notifications #
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error or that access to it was disabled mistakenly, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in [relevant district, e.g., the District of Delaware], and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice.
We will promptly forward counter-notifications to the complainant. If the complainant does not object within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material.
Repeat Infringers #
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers under the DMCA.

7. Third-Party Content and Links #
- The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
- Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.
8. Payments and Subscriptions #
- If you subscribe to premium features, all fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing at any time with notice.
- Billing details are governed by our Billing Policy.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewals unless you cancel in advance.
9. Privacy #
